Bio-essence Snail Series

Bio-Essence
Snail Series

Pro: Affordable, moisturing, packaging
Con: Similar to other moisturizers

This was recommended by Swanston sales person. She gave me samples of this series when I bought the Bio-essence Snail series. =)

The packaging of the actual size serum is similar to Loreal Youth Code Booster. I love the packaging as it is easy to control how much I wish to dispense. I would use 2 drops for my face an 1 drop for my neck. =) I also love the texture of the serum as it is not oily at all, doesn't make my skin shine after applying.

As for the moisturizer, it is moisturizing enough for my combination skin. However, It feels just like other moisturizers. Nothing attracts me to repurchase this moisturizer again.

Overall, I don't think I will be repurchasing this series again, unless there are any new improvement made to this series, that attracts me to give it another try. =D

Etude House Sun Prism SPF 50 (Light Texture)

Etude Sun Prism SPF 50 (Light texture)

Pros: High SPF
Con: Too oily

The advantage of this product is its high SPF. However, it's too oily for me. =(

Though it states "light texture", it is not light for me at all!! =(

It makes my "just cleansed" skin shine, as though my face hasn't been washed for 1 day!!! After putting on this product, the first reaction from my hubby was "WAH! What happened to your face? why so oily?!" After using several times, with the same reaction from him, I no longer use this for my face. It's now a sunblock for my neck a and if body too.. if I will be outdoors for quite some time.

I will not purchase this product (light texture) again. If I ever want to try Etude House's sunscreen in future, I might consider their water essence instead. =)
