老伴豆花 (Lao Ban Soyabean)
Price: $1.50 (Original); $2 (Other flavours)

Pros: Smooth, fragrant, less sweet
Cons: Long Q, more expensive

This is a famous stall and they have lots of positive review online. They have 2 stalls (Maxwell Food Centre & Old Changi Airport Hawker Centre). Their soya beancurd is very smooth, and it has soya bean fragrant on its own. Unlike the traditional ones, which are tasteless on its own and sweetened by the additional syrup.

There's always long queue at their stalls. Waiting time around 20min. Their customers will always buy in bulk (20 or 30 boxes). There are other stalls that are starting to sell something similar to this. I have tried one at People's Park Food Centre (Aunty's Soybean). There is no queue and it's sold at the same price ($1.50 & $2). It is as smooth, but less fragrant as compared to Lao Ban.

Lao Ban is a must try! For me, I can eat many boxes without getting sick. =P
